Arts Electronics Co. Ltd. was established by its founder, Mr. Chan Bing Kai in Hong Kong on September 10th, 1970; |

On July 4th, 1994, Mr. Chan built Dong Guan Arts factory in China, located at Chang An Town, Dongguan; |
|
Since 1994, Mr. Chan has invested and built additional manufacturing facilities in Zhughai, making it a fully integrated manufacturing group. |
|
Today, Arts headquarters in Dongguan covers more than 100,000 sq. meters (approx.
1 million square feet) and employs more than 1,000 workers, with a production
capacity over 6 million units for consumer electronics products per year. |
