Arts Electronics Co. Ltd. was established by its founder, Mr. Eric CHAN Bing-Kai in Hong Kong on September 10th, 1970; |

On July 4th, 1994, Mr. Chan built his first factory in China, located at Chang An Town, Dongguan; |
|
Since 1994, Mr. Chan has invested and built additional manufacturing facilities in Fooyon, Zhughai and Dongguan, making it a fully integrated manufacturing group. |
|
Today, Arts headquarters in Dongguan covers more than 180,000 sq. meters (approx. 2 million square feet) and employs more than 5,000 workers, with a production of over 6 million units of consumer electronics products per year. |
